Please kindly advise limitation of bakery for PGE in Indonesia and Philippines.

    As per information from Badan Pengawas Obat dan Makanan Republik Indonesia, E475 Polyglycerol Esters of fatty acid may be used in fine bakery wares (sweet, salty, savoury), limited by a maximum amount of 10,000mg/kg according to Peraturan Batas Maksimum Penggunaan Bahan Tambahan Pangan Pengemulsi (Nomor 20 Tahun 2013).

     

    As per information from Republic of the Philippines Department of Health, E475 Polyglycerol Esters of fatty acid may be used in bakery applications, limited by GMP according to Regulatory Guidelines Concerning Food Additives 1984 (AO No. 88-A s 1984).

      As per information from BPOM, E475 Polyglycerol Esters of fatty acid may be used in fine bakery wares (sweet, salty, savoury), limited by a maximum amount of 10,000mg/kg according to Nomor 20 Tahun 2013 Tentang Maksimum Penggunaan Bahan Tambahan Pangan Pengemulsi.
