May I know the permitted dosage of PGPR and AMP in chocolate in Indonesia?

    According to Number 20 Year 2013 on the Maximum Limit of Emulsifier as Food Additive, PGPR (E476) is allowed to be used in product category 5.1.4 is (cacao products and chocolate) at a maximum level of 1,500mg/kg.

     

    According to Number 20 Year 2013 on the Maximum Limit of Emulsifier as Food Additive, AMP (E442) is not listed as food additive under emulsifier category. However, a special permit has been granted for use in product category 5.1.5 (Analog Chocolate Product/Chocolate Substitute) at a maximum level of 7000mg/kg.
