What is the brix of oligofructose? Can oligofructose be used as a sugar substitute to make enzyme drinks?

    The brix of Oligofructose lies between 73.7-75.7. Enclosed, please find the attachment for Certificate of Analysis (C.O.A.) for your reference.

    China Patent CN 103300447 A (2013) and China Patent CN 102940288 B (2012) have showed that Oligofructose (FOS) can be incorporated into a wellness enzyme drinks. Kindly refer to the referral  links as shown below.
